Our webbing session is housed in an FSMS controlled environment to ensure complete control inputs used in the production system.

Background light-reflective weaving fall checking equipment helps us to web out the defective fabric conveniently.

The Heat cut baffle punching machines offer perfect punch holes.

Our specialized bag making session offers Composite Over-Lock, and safety stitching machines along with vacuum suction devices that provide continuous dust cleaning, heat cutting, and sealing of the thread ends along with the food-grade lubricants.

The whole section is a temperature-controlled environment that results in sweat-free operations.

Our facility consists of an onsite state of the art laboratory with the most technologically advanced equipment such as the universal tensile testing machine, specially illuminated colour matching booth and a natural weathering outdoor test site for designing products with perfect UV speciality.

Post-manufacturing, our products undergo a rigorous checking and inspection procedure along with being cleaned via a cascaded air blowing and suction process to ensure contamination-free products. The blowing system comprises a micro camera that provides the bag’s dust and a germ-free inner surface.

Our metal detection process ensures that no metal particles are trapped in the bags during the production process and pass on to packing.
